Responsibilities:
Develop profitable new business from lead generation
Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs
Building a pipeline of new business opportunities
Attending networking events to build Hyve profile and generate business opportunities
Look for outreach opportunities
Skills & experience:
Outstanding business development with a focus on new business to both SMB and Enterprise target clients
Track record of driving revenue through strategic selling and negotiation techniques, face to face presentations, and high-quality proposals
Be self-reliant and motivated
Be experienced in a sales environment
Proficient with all facets of MS Office, in particular, Excel and Powerpoint
You'll preferably have knowledge of managed hosting landscape
Personal attributes:
You love dealing with business owners and have a talent for understanding their own agendas and challenges
Rapidly build great relationships and provide practical solutions to prospective customers business challenges
Strong organisational skills
Confident self-starter who works well in a team. Able to learn quickly, use your own initiative and be motivated to get the job done effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Social and outgoing and easily able to build relationships
Impeccably spoken and written English
