Sales Consultant, Bristol

Salary - 20,000 with uncapped OTE of 44,000

The normal working hours are 42.25 hours per week, worked over 5 days: 3 weekdays and both Saturday and Sunday on one fixed shift pattern.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience:

Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers, guiding them through vehicle choices and showcasing our range of products with enthusiasm.

Drive Sales Success:

Convert test drives and walk-ins into successful purchases, consistently meeting or exceeding both personal and store-wide sales and profit targets.

Stay Knowledgeable and Confident:

Keep up-to-date with our diverse and evolving product range and services to confidently assist customers in making informed decisions.

Collaborate for Success:

Partner closely with your Business Manager to maximize the value of each transaction, fostering teamwork and receiving continuous support as you work toward achieving excellence.

Person Specification:

Must hold a valid, full UK driving licence.

Will have a strong drive for success and a commitment to achieving both individual and team sales targets are key to excelling in this position.

Will have exceptional Customer Service Skills and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Have strong interpersonal skills to ensure you can build lasting relationships with customers.

Previous experience within the automotive industry would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
