Do you have a passion for selling modern interior design in a beautiful retail store environment? Here at BoConcept, we are looking for a full-time Sales Consultant for our Canterbury store.

BoConcept is an international furniture and design company which is fast becoming the leading retail brand in interior design, offering a complete collection of Danish furniture and accessories to our style conscious customers.

We pride ourselves in delivering an exceptional customer experience. We require our Sales Consultants to be sales driven, service minded, responsible, independent and enthusiastic!

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Consultant for our Canterbury store who is passionate about interior design, the BoConcept brand and exceeding customer expectations.

A proven sales track record and excellent communication skills are a must, as is the desire to be a team player, willingness to learn and actively contribute to the success of our team.

Basic salary and excellent commission structure (23k to 26k OTE) Generous staff discounts Extensive training and progression plan All Sales Consultants are trained to use RoomPlanner our design software, to help customers design their customised furniture and plan the layout of their homes

The profile:

Proven track record in sales and a sales driven attitude is a must Experience in interior design and/or selling furniture, or can demonstrate a flair in the field Ability to create leads and contribute to networking opportunities Ideal candidates will be devoted to exceeding customer expectations in areas of customer service and will be able to demonstrate their ability to grow sales through strong customer relationships Drive, self-motivation, energy, integrity and a positive attitude are essential Comfortable using standard IT packages Full UK Driving License Weekend and bank holiday work is required Working pattern is 5 days out of 7, Monday - Sunday.
