Sales Consultant
Job Description
Venture Cheltenham, is looking for an experienced sales person to come and join our team.
The job involves showing our photographer's work off to our client's in our own Cinema Room, and then guiding them into picking their images into the correct products based on their home interiors and budgets. When not viewing, you'll also be calling up our customers to book into our busy diary, as well as making sure they're ready for their viewings and feeding back to the photographers what's selling and what's not.
You will also be on generating leads by building rapport with local business working on lead generation.
A sales background is essential but all training will be provide. The sales are easy as our customers love what we do and buy into our style, but you will need to guide them as to what will work in their home so current interior trends are useful to know. No hard selling is required. However, a tasty bonus is available to our team members when our target is hit.

25396 basic + bonuses. OTE 28k
