ID: 2026-8294 Entity: Vistry Region: Vistry Cotswolds Department: Sales & Marketing Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time Job Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire Date Posted: 19.01.2026 We have a new opportunity for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team within Vistry Cotswolds. As our New Homes Sales Consultant you will be reporting to the Area Sales Manager and covering sites across the Cotswolds region, which can include, Gloucester, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire. As a New Homes Sales Consultant you will carry out all aspects of the day to day running of the sales hub/development in accordance with the customer journey, taking ownership for the sales process with customers, maintaining necessary records and documentation during all stages of the sales progress across a number of sites and house ranges within the sales hub/development and delivering successful continual sales at all sites within the sales hub/development.

This role will involve an element of weekend working.
