Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly diligent and self-motivated Sales Consultant to identify and pursue leads through various platforms, including social media, Bark, Checkatrade, and other lead generation sources. This role is crucial in helping us fill our calendar with exciting new landscape gardening projects, contributing to both the growth of our business and the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively hunt for and engage potential leads via social media and online lead providers.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their landscaping needs.
Schedule consultations and meetings for our landscaping teams.
Utilise a CRM system to track leads, manage follow-ups, and report on sales activities.
Collaborate with the landscaping team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and contribute to company growth.
Compensation:
This is a self-employed position that offers a competitive monthly retainer, which will be discussed with the successful candidate. Additionally, you will benefit from an extremely generous commission package based on performance, providing significant earning potential.
