We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored IT cloud solutions and services to foster long-term relationships. Duties
Identify and approach prospective clients through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, calls, and emails.
Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Present compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using CRM systems.
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors' offerings, and product updates to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not essential; a strong desire to learn is equally valued.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Organised with strong organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Office applications.
A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
