We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Cookham (Berkshire) team. We are looking for someone who thrives on working independently, while staying in touch with their colleagues and the wider company.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful a retail store and help shape its success.

The role will suit anyone who enjoys building close relationships with customers and local businesses.

Full on-the-job training is provided, all candidates need is to be unstoppable in nature, easy to get on with and hard-working. Prior experince in Ergonomics is a bonus but not essential. Hard working with an ability to problem solve and think on your feet is non-optional.

Responsibilities:

Generate sales through a passion for helping people. Work with colleagues to help customers and keep the store running smoothly. Attend other locations for training and development purposes. Report to company directors with progress, opportunities, and challenges. Oversee stock, counting and ensuring customer orders are entered carefully and accurately. Confer with management to make the store the best it can be.
Schedule:

40 hours, Monday - Saturday, 5 day working week.
Rota by agreement with colleagues.
Part time hours are possible at a min of 24hrs per week which must include Saturdays as standard.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
