This is a fast-paced, demanding sales role with high earning potential and huge job satisfaction for driven, customer-oriented salespeople.

Overview of duties:

Prepare property listings Handle enquiries Arrange appointments Conduct viewings Negotiate, agree and progress sales Diary management Host and take part in meetings Make legal and financial referrals Administration associated with the above
Status & Salary:

Full time, permanent 25,000 basic annual salary, with on-target earnings of 36,300 per annum based on achievable target comprising commissions and bonuses Commissions are paid for every sale and are UNCAPPED, so the more you sell, the more you earn

Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:45 to 17:15 with 45 min lunch
