About the role




We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Property Sales Consultant to join our New Homes team. You'll be a key point of contact for buyers, confidently handling enquiries, building strong relationships, and matching customer needs to the right properties - both on and off market.



Day to day, you'll support the smooth running of the department with tasks such as managing property listings, scheduling appointments, and keeping our sales database accurate and up to date. Alongside office-based work, you'll also be out and about - conducting viewings, attending property handovers, and supporting site launches and events when required.



This is a varied and fast-paced role that calls for excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and a genuine passion for customer service.

Key responsibilities



Act as a key contact for all enquiries, qualifying customer requirements and recording information accurately in the sales database Develop in-depth knowledge of current New Homes developments Understand individual buyer needs and match these to suitable properties Provide administrative support, including property listings, appointment scheduling, data, internal trackers and sales updates Arrange and attend property viewings Attend site launches, handovers, and events (this may include occasional weekends)

Key requirements



Essential





Experience in a customer-facing role Competent user of IT systems - Word, Excel and databases Full, clean driving licence Active interest in the property market
