Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6.30pm
Saturday: 9am - 5.30pm (Day Off in the Week)
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for qualifying applicants, identifying their needs, showcasing suitable properties, and negotiating offers.
You will work with our other branches and proactively create opportunities by working as a larger team.
Your Skills and Experience:
You have a demonstrable track record of success within residential property sales.
You have a strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation.
You are proactive and tenacious.
You hold a valid driving licence AND OWN A CAR
