Your Main Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential customers through phone, email, and other channels Engage with decision-makers to present our services Qualify new business leads and schedule meetings for our broking specialists Develop and nurture lasting client relationships Keep accurate client records within our CRM platform

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills--you enjoy building rapport and engaging with others A self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude Resilient and persistent--you bounce back from setbacks and keep going Willingness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus, but not essential
