Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and personable Sales Consultants to join the Capital Upsell team, responsible for engaging existing Epos Now customers to drive adoption of capital funding products.

This role blends outbound sales activity, customer education, and product
alignment to deliver incremental revenue while supporting customers' growth ambitions.

The representative will execute structured outreach, handle inbound interest generated by Back Office adverts and campaigns, and contribute to
continuous optimisation of customer journeys and messaging.

Duties

? Proactively contact eligible customers (new-to-capital and
reactivation cohorts where last loan expired 30+ days ago).

? Deliver clear, value-driven conversations around capital
funding options (Adyen Capital or YouLend).

? Position Capital as a tool to grow, refurbish, or stabilise the
customer's business.

? Provide guidance and support through the application
process.

? Identify EN Payments customers and cross-sell Instant
Settlement and Epos Now Banking where suitable.

? Refer businesses not currently on ENP across to the Upsell
Team to increase ENP adoption.

? Manage follow-ups and nurture through phone calls, SMS,
and email.

Experience

? Experience in financial products, payments, or SaaS (preferred but not essential).
? Proven track record in outbound sales, SDR work, or consultancy-style conversations.
? Strong communication, questioning, and rapport-building skills.
? Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and high outbound activity.
? Capable of handling objections and identifying customer value quickly.
? Resilient, motivated, and target-driven.
? Customer-first approach with a solutions mindset.
? Commercially aware with focus on value creation and P&L contribution.
