We're looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our furniture sales team in the beautiful Cotswolds town of Cirencester. Our products are truly special: unique, British-designed, hand-crafted painted furniture--created, developed and manufactured entirely in-house.

As part of our retail team, you'll play a key customer-facing role--guiding clients through the process of furnishing their homes, offering expert advice on furniture styles, configurations and colours, and helping them discover pieces from our collections of beautifully made British furniture.

We are a small, family-owned company with a fast-moving, hands-on ethos. Our approach to sales is consultative, with an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service.

Previous retail and sales experience is important--this is a role where you'll need to hit the ground running. A strong interest in interiors, an eye for colour, and a confident sense of style are essential. However, if you're new to furniture sales specifically, don't worry: we'll support you with all the product knowledge and training you need.

We're looking for someone creative, dedicated and hardworking. In a small business, every team member plays a vital part in our success. No two days are the same--one moment you could be assisting with a new product launch, and the next, helping a customer choose the perfect furniture for their home. This position can be full-time or part-time. Saturdays are essential, but we're flexible on other working days to suit the right candidate.
