Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product range and industry trends.
Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on market trends to management.
Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for sales growth.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage but not essential.
