Duties

Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products and services through effective communication and persuasion techniques. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to post-sale support. Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the company's CRM system.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred, although candidates with strong interpersonal skills may also be considered. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, enabling efficient management of multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. A genuine interest in helping customers find solutions that meet their needs is essential for success in this role.
