We're working with a high-growth property business that's reinventing how people sell their homes - and they're looking for ambitious Sales Consultants to join their expanding Leeds team.

This isn't a cold calling role. All leads are

inbound

- sellers actively reaching out for help. If you've got the drive to close deals, the communication skills to build trust quickly, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role could be your next big move.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling

warm, qualified leads

- no cold outreach required Building rapport quickly and identifying sellers' needs Presenting a compelling property solution tailored to each customer Managing objections and driving conversations to close Keeping your pipeline organised and up-to-date using the CRM Hitting weekly and monthly performance targets

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience - property, recruitment, finance, or similar Confident communicator with strong listening skills Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven Able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups without losing focus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment Ambitious mindset with a genuine desire to earn and progress
