We are a long established Cladding Supplies and Manufacturer seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultant, preferably with experience in the Building and Construction Materials industry, to join our team on a Full-time basis.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong attention to detail, who takes a pride in offering the best customer service possible to our clients. Due to the customer focused nature of our business, you would need to have an amiable and patient manner and you should be able to think outside the box to come to the best solution in any scenario that may face you.

Required Licences/Qualifications

Experience using 'SAGE' Accounts Software Experience, or willingness to learn, using eBay Seller's Platform Ability to use Microsoft Office Software Minimum of GCSE Qualifications (Mathematics 'C' Grade minimum)
You would be working alongside 9 colleagues in a varied role generally comprising the following task:

General Activities

Dealing with incoming Customer Calls, Emails, Website Enquiries and eBay Enquiries Assisting and quoting Customers coming to our premises in person Processing orders on Sage along with producing Job Cards for Roofing Sheet manufacture and drawing up 'Flashings' for manufacture Taking payment off Customers and producing Invoices for their goods Updating Customers on the status of their order Liaising with our Suppliers Producing and sending Purchase Orders over to Suppliers Booking in orders from our Suppliers
