Job Description

Duties

- Consultations with clients requiring treatment for Skin, Hair and Body (aesthetic and cosmetic treatments)

- Working in an honest manner and providing clients with solutions to their issues with their skin, hair and body

- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain customer databases and update customer information as needed

- Have full knowledge of all treatments that we do

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of clients treatments and progress

- Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis

Experience

- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Previous experience in Aesthetics or other sales backgrounds preferred

- Experience in delivering a high level of customer service

- Familiarity with Pabau or other CRM software is a plus

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
