Duties

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services
Generate leads and follow up on prospects through , networking, and Calling.

Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations (virtual or in-person). Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive selling techniques and effective follow-up strategies. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Experience

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine desire to help customers find the right solutions for their needs.
