This role is all about high-volume calling, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. You'll be speaking with potential learners daily, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right course while
hitting your sales targets

What You'll Be Doing:
Making
high-volume cold and warm calls daily
to prospects and inbound leads
Consulting and interviewing candidates to assess their needs and suitability
Closing sales
and securing course enrolments
Scheduling consultations and managing your pipeline effectively
Driving revenue by promoting our training courses and services
Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
Using
strong negotiation skills
to overcome objections and close deals
Meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales experience
- specifically in selling courses, training, or education products
Strong track record in cold calling and closing deals
Ability to handle high call volumes and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent consulting and interviewing skills to qualify prospects
Demonstrated success in
hitting and exceeding sales targets
Strong time management and organisational skills
Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
Fluent in English
