Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant who thrives in a commission?based environment. You will be responsible for generating new customers, converting leads into cleanings, maintaining relationships, and hitting sales targets. Full training provided; If you are results?oriented, enjoy talking to people, and want earning potential that grows with performance, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, follow up, and close B2C leads (e.g. via phone, online, referrals, door?to?door as appropriate)
Conduct home visits or virtual consultations to assess cleaning needs and present service proposals
Build rapport with prospective customers, listen to their requirements, and recommend suitable cleaning packages or extras
Negotiate and finalise service agreements / contracts with homeowners
Up-sell additional services (e.g. deep cleans, upholstery cleaning, special tasks)
Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets
Provide excellent after?sales customer service, follow up to ensure satisfaction, manage any concerns or issues
Collaborate with operations / scheduling teams to ensure bookings are fulfilled smoothly
Requirements
Strong communication and persuasion skills; ability to build rapport quickly
Comfortable working in the field / visiting customers as well as over phone / virtual
Self?motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
Good time management skills; ability to plan and prioritise work independently
Reliable transport / ability to travel locally (if visits required)
Basic computer / smartphone skills, ability to use CRM, take photos, issue quotes etc.
