Dental Sales Consultant

This is a performance-driven sales role for a highly organised, detail-obsessed closer who thrives on warm outreach, structured follow-up and converting high-intent patients into treatment starts. You will work with captive, qualified patients who already know the practice, following up consultations, reactivating dormant treatment plans and stepping into live, in-person consultations when required to help drive decisions.

This is not cold calling, this is not a passive sales role. This is for someone meticulous, who exhausts every option and takes pride in closing with class.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Proactive outreach to warm, existing patients with proposed treatment plans.

- Converting follow-ups into treatment starts, not 'maybe's'.

- Managing a structured pipeline of opportunities with zero drop-off.

- Supporting and stepping into live, in-person consultations to help close high-value cases.

- Clear documentation, tracking and next-step ownership for every patient.

- Personal conversion, revenue and activity targets.
