Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Generating valuations through proactive communication Matching buyers with suitable properties using our system and local knowledge Conducting accompanied viewings for potential buyers Negotiating offers between vendors and buyers Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends. Actively prospecting for new clients and following up on leads. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies. Assisting with Social Media Marketing. Prepare reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends. General office administration duties and providing support to the team.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not essential. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about our products and services. A

full, clean driving licence and access to your own car

is mandatory for this role.

Based on Experience + Commission Package
