We are a business support service company working with accounting firms and law firms to assist their clients, mainly Chinese businesses investing or starting companies in the UK. We provide client introduction services, basic explanations of UK business processes, and communication support between clients and professional firms.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a bilingual (Mandarin & English) Sales Consultant to help us expand our client base and provide high-quality support to our partners and clients.
Responsibilities include:
Creating bilingual promotional materials for our website and social media (including Xiaohongshu)
Communicating with potential clients and answering basic business inquiries
Explaining UK business, tax, and legal processes to clients
Liaising with partner accounting and law firms
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
Knowledge of UK business procedures is preferred
Previous experience in client service, marketing, or administration is an advantage
Good organisational skills with attention to detail in managing customer accounts and records.
