Due to continued growth, Alex Jones Estate Agents are expanding our team. We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Sales Consultant
with at least
2 years of sales experience
to join us. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a busy, professional, and customer-focused estate agency.
Role Overview
As Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the full sales process -- from valuations and winning instructions, through to sales progression and completion. You will work closely with vendors, buyers, and solicitors, ensuring transactions move forward smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting valuations and bringing on new clients.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
Carrying out property viewings and providing feedback.
Negotiating offers and securing sales.
Managing the sales process from offer to completion, liaising with solicitors and all parties involved.
Actively generating new business opportunities and instructions.
Maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum
2 years of proven sales experience
.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple sales pipelines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Full UK driving licence.
Schedule
Full-time role
Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturday work if required)
