to join our fast-paced sales team. In this role, you'll handle inbound container sales enquiries, generate quotations, and convert leads into sales. You'll also actively engage in outbound sales efforts, assist in national and international stock procurement, and support various operational and administrative functions that ensure the smooth running of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound sales enquiries and generate quotations using our CRM system
Process sales orders efficiently through our operating system
Ensure timely customer payments and maintain accurate invoicing
Maintain up-to-date and accurate stock records in the system
Support UK stock management and ensure stock availability for customer needs
Coordinate deliveries with internal teams and external stakeholders
Monitor and report on customer feedback and sales performance
Represent the business during customer visits and site tours
Liaise with the admin team to resolve customer account queries
Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Deliver a smooth and positive customer journey, escalating issues when necessary
Raise purchase orders and assist with procurement both in the UK and internationally
Take on leadership duties in the absence of the Head of Sales
Monitor incoming sales enquiries and identify new business opportunities
Demonstrate excellent customer service and effective time management
