Build and nurture relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team. Assist in maintaining an organised and visually appealing sales environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Experience

Previous experience in a sales or retail environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers. Basic computer skills for managing sales records and customer information. A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
