Sales Consultant - Part Time (Residential Sales)

Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Part Time Sales Consultant to join our growing business in our branch at 149 Hyndland Road. If you're an ambitious, energetic and detail orientated individual who is looking for a new challenge in the Glasgow West End market, we'd love to hear from you. You will be working alongside our experienced sales team.

You will work alongside our experienced sales team, managing incoming buyer enquires. We are looking for you to build solid relationships, and take a pro-active interest in helping buyers find their dream home. We're looking for an enthusiastic team player with first class administration, communication and relationship building skills. You'll enjoy working as part of a small team, have good initiative, a can-do attitude and most importantly take pride in what you do, both individually and as part of a team.

Roles and responsibilities



Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market Handle incoming buyer enquiries Build relationships with buyers, gaining a solid understanding of their requirements Carry out viewings Viewing feedback calls Build our database of potential buyers and sellers Adhere to Anti Money Laundering procedures Assist the sales team

Skills & Competencies



A proven track record and experience of the Glasgow West End property market Meticulous attention to detail Confident and highly professional communication skills Adopt a positive culture of professional behaviour and customer care Complete integrity A passion for property Full, clean UK driving licence Proactive approach to personal development

Salary/Hourly Rate: Dependent on experience Start date: Asap Contract: Part Time (19 hours per week initially, with scope for more hours - Friday: 09:00 - 17:30 / Saturday: 10:00 - 14:00 / Monday: 09:00 - 17:30 Annual Leave: Pro rata Pension: Company Pension Contribution
