35,000 Base + Performance Bonuses (Total Comp 48-55k) | Hybrid Working

We're an established dog grooming academy helping people build careers in the pet industry. We need an intelligent communicator who can convert warm inquiries into course enrollments through consultative conversations.

This isn't order-taking. You'll need to overcome objections, adapt to different prospects, and think on your feet.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Convert warm inquiries into course enrollments (target: 8-10/month) Have consultative conversations about career goals and training paths Overcome objections intelligently and address real concerns Manage pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records Coordinate prospect site visits and occasional open days Track and manage student payments

WHAT WE OFFER

35,000 base salary (subject to successful 1-month probation) Monthly performance bonus: 600-1,000 for hitting enrollment targets Quarterly conversion bonus: 1,500 Annual retention bonus: 3,000 Total year-one potential compensation: 48,000-55,600 Hybrid: 3 days at academy, 2 days home Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (plus one event per month)
