What You'll Be Doing

As a Mercedes-Benz Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers from their first enquiry to driving off the forecourt - ensuring every step of their journey is exciting, smooth and unforgettable.

Build relationships and consult with customers to understand their needs Present the Mercedes-Benz range confidently, sharing product knowledge and finance options Work towards monthly sales targets, managing your pipeline through our CRM system Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience Champion the Mercedes-Benz brand through every interaction

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a

track record of success in automotive sales

who can bring confidence, energy and professionalism to our showroom.

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in vehicle sales Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and motivated by commission Strong interpersonal and communication skills A team player who thrives in a structured dealership environment Full UK driving licence essential
