The Role



As a

Property Investment Sales Consultant

, your focus is on closing deals -- not chasing leads. We provide you with

pre-qualified investor enquiries

, generated by our in-house marketing engine, so you can concentrate on what you do best: selling. You'll work with investors around the world, help them acquire

high-yield Buy-to-Let properties

, and manage your own portfolio from end to end. If you're passionate about performance and want to be part of a serious sales culture, you'll thrive here.

Earning Potential



We're offering a

competitive base salary

plus

5% commission on every deal you close

. With warm leads and proven systems, our consultants

average 3,500 per month

by closing ten deals -- with top performers earning significantly more.

What We're Looking For



We want

sales professionals with at least two years of experience

-- ideally in property or investment -- who know how to

hit targets and close consistently

. You'll need strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive mindset, and the drive to

thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused team

The Details



This is a

full-time, in-person position

based at our

Manchester HQ

, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You'll be joining a company that doesn't do average -- we do
