Lettings Negotiator/Sales Executive - Maten & Degan (M&D)
(Whilst this is a
commission only role, our sales executives take home 30% - 40% per deal averaging 1000)
We are searching for ambitious and driven lettings negotiators/ sales executives looking to work in a fast-paced company where their efforts are not only recognised but also generously rewarded.
You will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Partner Duties:
Generate leads and actively seek out new business opportunities, via cold outreach.
Build professional relationships with prospective landlords and/or agents.
Conduct the 360 sales cycle from prospecting to viewings and closing contracts with Landlord's and Agents.
Obtaining all required information and documentation from the Landlord/Agent.
Negotiate rental rate and terms of contract.
Clear communication with M&D Internal team who will source and provide the tenants & additional services.
Nurture relationships with clients (tenants) to ensure a stress-free experience.
Skills:
- Sales: Ability to source and close deals in a professional role.
- Organisational: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Administrative: Strong attention to detail and proficiency in record keeping.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
