Duties
Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits effectively
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Identify new sales opportunities through market research and networking
Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team objectives
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using CRM systems
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to provide expert advice
Assist in organising promotional events or campaigns to boost brand awareness and sales
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales in Ski is essential; a proactive attitude is key
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a positive attitude towards challenges
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is advantageous
A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to travel as required
