What You'll Be Doing

Speaking with warm leads (no cold calling!) and guiding homeowners through their selling options. Understanding each client's situation and offering solutions that genuinely make a difference. Negotiating offers with confidence and professionalism. Managing the sales process from first call through to completion. Hitting targets and celebrating wins as part of a high-energy team.

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience - property, finance, insurance, recruitment, or similar consultative sales. Preferably in property. A natural people person who can

build rapport quickly

and handle objections with ease. Competitive, driven, and motivated by smashing targets. Organised and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple deals at once. Hungry to learn, grow, and

progress in a fast-growing business
