We specialise in high-quality cremations at significantly lower prices than traditional high street funeral homes, ensuring exceptional service and cost-effective options for our clients.

About the Role:



As a Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding individuals through the process of selecting and purchasing funeral packages. This is an office-based role in Towcester, where you will build strong relationships with clients, understand their personal circumstances, and provide tailored solutions that offer peace of mind.

Responsibilities:



Proactively engage with potential clients to introduce and explain the benefits of Variety Funerals' packages. Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' individual needs and preferences. Provide clear and accurate information about package options, pricing, terms and conditions. Develop and present personalised quotes that align with clients' specific requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of ethical conduct and compliance. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements. Follow up on warm leads. Contribute to the overall success of the team in a small, supportive office environment.

Qualifications and Skills:



Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role. Proven sales experience, ideally in a consultative or customer-focused environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and friendly telephone manner. Strong empathy and sensitivity, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations with compassion. Ability to explain information clearly and concisely. Strong IT skills and the ability to navigate computer systems with ease. Excellent time management and organisational skills. A flexible and adaptable approach with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude. A genuine desire to help people and provide peace of mind. Must live within a commutable distance of Towcester. Must be able to pass all relevant background checks.
