Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join the Sales Department, serving customers throughout South Wales and surrounding areas
This job will involve visiting customers in their homes to understand their needs, providing expert advice on stairlift and homelift solutions, conducting accurate surveys, and maintaining exceptional standards of customer service while meeting sales targets.
As the Sales Consultant, you will work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required. This job is a permanent role.

To be successful as the Sales Consultant, it is essential that you have previous experience in direct, in-home, or field-based sales. Experience in mobility solutions or similar customer-focused roles would be desirable.
Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Achieve sales and performance targets, including conversion rates and revenue goals
xc2xb7 Conduct home visits to assess customer needs and provide tailored stairlift solutions
xc2xb7 Complete accurate surveys to ensure safe and efficient product installations
xc2xb7 Respond to appointment requests promptly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
xc2xb7 Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends to remain competitive
Sales Consultant Requirements:
xc2xb7 Proven track record in direct or in-home sales
xc2xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
xc2xb7 Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel/stay away overnight if needed
xc2xb7 Confident IT user with ability to manage reports and mobile systems
