We're looking for a self-starter with a winning attitude, who is driven, motivated and consistently meets targets. You'll have a passion for finding new business and building relationships with your clients and have the strategic discipline to grow your portfolio through proactive customer engagement.

What exactly will you do?



As a Sales Consultant, you'll engage various activities such as:

Client Engagement:

Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and follow-ups on inquiries and leads.

Needs Assessment and Solution Proposal:

Consult with customers to understand their specific wants and needs and recommend the right suppliers for them.

Presentations and Demonstrations:

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions to successfully close sales and meet or exceed sales quotas.

Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.

Strategy and Collaboration:

Collaborate with marketing and SLT to devise new sales strategies, improve brand awareness, and align efforts with company goals.

Market Research:

Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies and maintain an expert position.

Reporting and Administration:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance using CRM software and prepare necessary sales documentation and reports.

What we're looking for



Proven sales experience (B2B, B2C, F2F, D2D or similar) Energy sector experience (Not essential; full training provided) Excellent telephone manner and communication skills - professional and articulate Ability to work under pressure when needed and achieve sales targets Ability to manage your own workload and pipeline Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, professional environment Driven character, enthusiastic and passionate Self-motivated, with a drive and passion for success

Fully office based Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm Annual performance bonus Uncapped commission Bonus scheme
