Your new role
As an Omni-Channel Outlet Specialist you will be empowered to work as a team, always ensuring you put the customer at the heart of your decision. Working in this fast paced environment you will draw upon a multitude of skills to provide exceptional support across the full end-to-end SCO journey. Your role will include working within our showroom, warehouse, and Service Department, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers and efficient operations for our business whilst ensuring your decisions should always drive the strongest commercial return for the brand. You should be open to change and always seek ways to improve both sales, margin & operational excellence.
A day in the life of...
A Sales Consultant, you'll spend your time doing so much more than sitting! Here are just a few of the things you'll be getting up to:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product knowledge and personalised recommendations.
Support customers through the entire sales process, including inquiries, demonstrations, and transactions through the use of SCO USP's.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to facilitate timely stock movements, deliveries and stock replenishment through both inbound & Service.
General responsibilities within the wider warehousing, service and studio sections of the brand.
Work collaboratively as a team to ensure a constant flow of stock and maximum amounts of products are always presented across all channels of sale.
Have an eye for detail to ensure the SCO showroom always looks its best - this should include furniture that always looks its best and presented in bundles wherever possible.
Support after-sales service, including handling customer inquiries, returns, and refunds.
Outbound calls to customers whose orders are ready to book in delivery depots .
Maintain a clean and organised building and surrounding areas including the showroom, warehouse, service area and office spaces to ensure safe working areas to both customers and colleagues.
Collaborate with team members across other departments to ensure a n exceptional customer journey.
Use omni-channel tools and platforms to manage customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
Stay updated on product features, upcoming promotions, and company policies.
