Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to join our growing team providing luxury spa facilities (Sauna & Steam rooms) across the UK. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. Basic salary of 28,000 plus commission.

Responsibilities:

Receive and act upon sales calls as appropriate Follow up on sales leads Attract and invite leads to the Showroom Conduct engaging showroom visits, ensuring all visitors receive a consistent KLAFS experience Provide product information for each sale (as required) and ensure correct documentation is completed Take part in site visits as/when required Produce quotations and prepare proposals and all other required documentation for clients, in a timely manner / agreed timescales Support and participate in new business pitches and tenders, as required. Assist Sales Directors with large project tender info - update presentations Prepare new job folders and input details of customers/clients and new projects on to relevant databases Travelling to meet clients or to visit our HQ in Germany may be required. Provide support to Project and Design team Administration of the CRM system/quote directory as required Prepare sales-related documents and reports for Sales Meetings

Basic numeracy The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
