Volvo Cars Guildford is looking for an experienced, driven, and self-motivated Sales Consultant to join our team in a newly refurbished, state-of-the-art showroom. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven automotive sales professional who thrives on delivering outstanding customer experiences and consistently achieving strong results.

You'll be responsible for guiding customers through the full sales journey, building lasting relationships, and delivering excellent finance and product penetration while representing the Volvo brand to the highest standard.

Basic salary of 25,000 Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of 60,000+ (based on 180 cars per annum with strong finance and product sales) Company car and fuel allowance from home to work

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm Saturday: 8.30am - 5.00pm Sunday & Bank Holidays: 10.00am - 4.00pm (rota basis, approx. 1 in 3) Day off in lieu every week for working Saturdays
