We're looking for a motivated individual with a passion for business and a desire to grow professionally in an international environment. This entry-level role offers excellent opportunities to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and business operations. You'll work closely with global clients across various industries, with full support from a team of technical engineers to assist you in providing first-line technical support. Training and guidance will be provided to help build a strong foundation in business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with a wide range of clients, from individuals to large corporations and resellers, both in the UK and globally
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by handling enquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Conduct customer profiling, deliver PowerPoint presentations, and demonstrate products based on customer interests (note: this is a support role with no sales targets)
Manage and follow up on both large and small customer accounts by responding to enquiries and preparing quotations
Enter and update customer orders and enquiries into the ERP system to track progress and schedule follow-ups
Coordinate installation and delivery processes by liaising with customers and subcontractors
Follow existing business processes and contribute feedback or ideas for improving efficiency
Support marketing efforts including content for the website, Google Ads, and social media campaigns
Working Hours
Full-time - 37.5 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm)
Salary
21,600 - 25,200 per annum (Equivalent to 1,800 - 2,100 per month)

Preferred Skills:
Tech-savvy and comfortable picking up technical knowledge
Strong written and spoken English
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Team player with a logical, problem-solving approach
Professional communication and excellent phone manner
Experience or knowledge in IT is advantageous
Proficiency in modern foreign languages (e.g. French, Spanish) is a plus

Education & Qualifications:
5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English
