Contact Centre Advisor
to help us grow the existing team within the Customer Contact Centre based at the company's head office in Portsmouth.
As a
Sales Contact Centre Advisor
you will be part of the team responsible for making appointments for the group's 17 franchised Sales departments by dealing with different types of inbound customer enquiries and making outbound calls to our existing customers.
Previous motor industry experience may be an advantage, but not as essential as having an excellent telephone manner and a desire to deliver first class customer service. The ability to work well within a team, and being highly driven and motivated to achieve targets will be crucial attributes of the successful applicant for the

Duties to include:
Delivering excellent customer service via email, telephone and live chat platforms
Converting opportunities into successful showroom appointments
Ensuring the achievable KPI targets are met
Maintaining our lead management system with accurate records and updates
Developing strong working relationships with various departments within the group
Prospecting existing customers for renewals
