We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Sales Controller to join our successful sales team at Read Hyundai Derby representing the Hyundai brand.

As a Sales Controller, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and the role incorporates both selling and managing. You will achieve sales objectives by maximising opportunities from a long-established loyal database, which you'll inherit on joining us. There will be a key focus for the Sales Controller to drive F&I performance in the department. In the absence of the Sales Manager, the Sales Controller will manage the sales team to drive departmental performance.

We place utmost focus on customer care, therefore, an ability to communicate at all levels and to build outstanding relationships with both customers and colleagues is essential.
