As a Sales Controller, you'll be the driving force behind your site's success -- motivating your team, maximising every sales opportunity, and ensuring our customers leave delighted (and driving something they love).
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily sales operation and report directly to Management
"Second face" customers to close deals and enhance satisfaction
Support the sales team with motivation, training, and leadership
Implement winning sales plans to hit and exceed targets
Promote finance and insurance products with confidence and integrity
Manage payments and finance agreements efficiently
Deliver a seamless, premium sales experience for every customer
Handle all documentation and compliance quickly and accurately
Take customers on test drives and represent our brand with professionalism
Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business
Lead by example -- inspiring your team to achieve exceptionalresults
Essential skills:
Full driving licence - Any job offer that requires driving company vehicles is subject to a DVLA check, and applicants with six or more penalty points or a previous disqualification may not meet our insurance requirements and therefore may not be eligible for employment.
Prior experience in car sales
Effective team leader or management skills
Ability to consolidate the sale and walk the customer through every stage of the deal
Strong negotiation and closing skills
A well-presented, confident individual who is comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base
A competitive streak that translates to a commitment to hitting targets
Team player
Effective time management and flexibility in working patterns needed
