We are a family-owned company established since 1899. As part of our continued growth plans, we are looking to recruit a high calibre Sales Controller to join our FG Barnes Guildford branch due to the exciting growth of Jaecoo and Omoda Brands

Working hours: Full time, Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week
Location: FG Barnes Guildford

Line Manager: General Sales Manager

We are looking to recruit an additional Sales Controller for our Guildford Branch.

Duties of a Sales Controller:

Responsibility for the sale of new and used cars from enquiry to handover, including mechanical preparation. Daily lead and sales process management. Liaising with team to order cars for stock, and sourcing replacements. Managing new and used car display areas. Working with our Administration team to ensure documentation is correct, compliant and completed effectively. Working with our Marketing team to deliver market leading offers and content for our social media platforms. Advising customers of finance options, insurance products and services. Monitoring and managing part exchanges. Managing finance agreements and activations. Implementation of finance renewals process. Ensuring an exceptional level of sales experience is consistently delivered to each customer. Forecasting both for the Manufacture and Management accounts. Complaint handling.

Relevant experience necessary for this role:

New & Used Vehicle sales experience in a Leadership Role. Proven track record of Sales and Leadership skills. Directing and motivating the sales team. Implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

Pay: 35,000 Basic - 50,000 OTE (Uncapped)
