The Sales Coordinator will report directly to the Technical Sales & Training Manager.
Location
Impact Subsea Ltd, Aberdeen Energy Park. There may be a requirement to visit conferences, exhibitions and other work locations.
Role
To coordinate sales activity in the form of administration, quote generation and responding to customers. To help maintain and improve the sales and marketing processes to ensure the highest level of standards are achieved.
To assist with preparation of marketing events (exhibitions etc.) in the gathering of required marketing material and arranging travel and accommodation for staff attending the event.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Coordinator will be required to:-
Respond to sales enquiries.
Follow up with open sales enquiries with customers.
Coordinate rental and loan pool in line with sales requirements.
File paperwork.
Assist with the organisation and attendance at exhibitions.
Assist with the upkeep of the company's CRM system.
Comply with management system procedures, including health, safety and environmental requirements within the company.
Convey a professional image of the company at all times.
Carry out any other tasks within the competence of the role and jobholder.

To assist with the smooth running of sales and marketing activities.
To assist in the day to day business operations.
Limits of Authority
Full responsibility for all operational activities within the philosophies and constraints laid out in the job description.
The Sales Coordinator has authority to:
Generate and issue Quotations to Customers.
Process customer orders, invoicing accordingly.
Make arrangement for events.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Degree qualification or relevant experience.
Desirable:
Experience in coordinating events, business trips, and meeting.
Experience with CRM systems.
