Location: Bowleaze Holiday Park & Spa, Weymouth


Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time


Hours: 42.5 hours per week (including weekends or every other weekend)


Salary: 30,000 per annum (OTE 35,000)

Join Waterside as a Sales Co-ordinator & Aftersales and play a vital role in supporting our Holiday Home Sales team and delivering outstanding aftersales care.


What You'll Do


As Sales Co-ordinator & Aftersales, your responsibilities will include:


Sales Administration & Support

Providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager and Sales Executives. Managing all sales paperwork accurately and in line with company procedures. Collating, checking, and processing commission documentation. Raising purchase orders for the sales department. Creating and maintaining stock records on ParcVu. Liaising with manufacturers and repair engineers.

Customer Care & Aftersales

Delivering first-class aftersales support for up to one year post-sale. Conducting welcome meetings with new holiday homeowners. Handling customer sales and finance queries via email, phone, and face-to-face. Organising handover cleans for new owners.

Stock & Logistics Coordination

Organising siting meetings with internal teams. Managing factory stock and coordinating transport. Ordering decking and coordinating show van cleaning and dressing. Arranging key ordering and managing sales keyboards. Trading off used stock and organising bids.

Finance & Compliance

Preparing finance proposals and managing finance pay-outs. Chasing outstanding debt on ongoing sales. Reporting, logging, and tracking snags and warranty claims.

What We're Looking For


We're looking for someone who:

Has excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail. Can confidently manage multiple priorities in a sales-driven environment. Is a strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset. Works well independently and as part of a team. Is professional, proactive, and solution focused. Flexibility: On rare occasions, to support smooth operations, you may need to work slightly beyond your usual hours - with all additional time returned as time off in lieu. Has previous sales administration or customer service experience (desirable). Has experience in holiday homes, property, or a similar sector (advantageous).
