Sales Co Ordinator

Job Description

Role Introduction:

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Co-ordinator to drive client engagement and support our Platinum and Gold clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for booking high-quality face-to-face account review meetings, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and Account Directors/Managers, and maintaining accurate CRM records supporting growth within the Legal sector.
What You Will Do:

Client Engagement

Proactively reach out to strategic clients to secure Account Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews Build rapport with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing engagement and responsiveness Ensure smooth coordination between clients and Account Directors/Managers

Sales Activity Enablement

Drive calendar activity by scheduling business reviews to ramp up modernisation to One Advanced Legal and renewal Monitor and follow up on outstanding meeting actions to keep momentum high Collaborate with Account Directors/Managers to align meeting objectives and agendas with wider growth strategy

Commercial Support

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) Share meeting agendas with customers and sales personnel, including digital content on graduations to One Advanced Legal Support the team in hitting key meeting activity and pipeline generation targets

What You Will Have:
Proven experience in sales coordination, client-facing administration, or a related field Excellent telephone and written communication skills to engage senior stakeholders confidently Highly organised, persistent, and able to manage multiple requests at pace Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong) and diary management

Desirable Qualifications

Background in Sales co-ordination or customer resolution Experience in SaaS or technology Experience working with strategic and key clients Track record of exceeding customer-focused metrics, including customer resolution, meeting bookings, and high customer satisfaction scores
