Raising Explorers Childcare Centre is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting families, and promoting high-quality childcare services. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving parent engagement, managing outreach activities, and supporting the centre's admissions and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Support the admissions and marketing team in preparing proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
Respond to childcare enquiries, provide information to parents, and assist with registration processes.
Coordinate schedules for parent tours, meetings, and community events.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, communications, and registrations in our CRM system.
Use social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and others to promote Raising Explorers' services and engage with parents online.
Conduct community outreach, including setting up stalls, attending local events, and delivering strong sales pitches to raise awareness and attract new families.
Collaborate with marketing to design engaging content and support promotional campaigns.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing parent queries and ensuring a positive experience.
Support management with administrative tasks and assist in tracking performance and registration targets.
Experience & Skills Required
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
Confident in using and managing social media platforms for promotional purposes.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable manner.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency on google documents
Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively with the team.
A proactive and engaging attitude with confidence in public interactions and outreach.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
